职位描述
The purpose of this position is to lead the fabrication team to achieve departmental goals and company's mission. 带领装配团队达成部门目标和完成公司任务 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES岗位基本职责 Including but not limited to包括不仅限于: 1. Manage work flow to meet On-Time-Delivery requirements. 管理工作流程以达到及时交货的要求 2. Identify operational inefficiencies and methods for improvement 发现低效营运的环节，提出改进方法 3. Resolve equipment or personnel issues within the department. 解决部门内的设备和员工问题 4. Coordination of fabrication orders and special projects. 协调订单和特殊项目 5. Fabrication assembly setup, maintenance and repair etc. 组装和维修机制的建立 6. Communicate with other department QA if necessary 必要时与相关部门的质检人员沟通。 7. Provide training for subordinates. 培训部门员工 8. Provide first line evaluation of subordinates performance in meeting stated goals/objectives 评估部门员工的工作表现以推动其达成工作目标。 9. Provide written reports related to shift production and equipment needs as required. 根据需要书写生产和设备的相关报告 10. Perform random Quality Assurance Audits within the department. 对部门生产的产品进行质量随机抽检 11. Lift boxes, rails, fabric rolls and finished shades weighing up to 25 Kg 需要搬举重达25公斤的箱子、轨道、布卷及成品帘等 12. Maintain a clean orderly work area by following the "5-S" System. 遵循5S现场管理法，保持工作区域干净整洁 13. Follow all Plant Safety Directives 遵守所有工厂安全相关指引 14. Additional tasks as assigned by department manager or operations manager. 执行部门经理或营运经理指派的其他任务.
招聘要求
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles or Industrial Engineering. 纺织工程或纺织工业学士学位 2. Strong textile or engineering background. 具有较强的纺织或工程背景 3. Minimum 2+ years experience in a fabrication or assembly environment. 2年以上的生产装配工作领域经验 4. Advance communication skills both orally and written. 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧 5. Basic English skills. 基本英语沟通水平 6. Basic computer skills familiar with Microsoft Office Software including Word and Excel. 基础计算机技巧，熟悉微软办公软件，包括文档处理和电子表格 7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team 能独立工作，同时善于团队合作 8. Able to work in a fast paced Assembly environment with changing priorities. 适应节奏快速以及工作环境多变的装配部门工作 9. Able to work on 2nd or 3rd shift as required. 能根据需要轮班工作 10. Strong color discernment abilities. 较强的颜色识别能力 11. Able to direct the work of subordinates in meeting company/facility goals and objectives 带领部门员工工作以达到公司/工厂的目标
