SUMMARY OF PURPOSE/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Participate in district marketing plan development for each brand. 2. To develop and implement trade marketing plans to achieve business target. 3. Define district brand market objectives and strategy together with district sales manager, regional sales manager & brand marketing. 4. Monitor the execution of all activities and provide analysis . 5. To develop special channel activities guidelines and plans 6. To assist in the implementation of key accounts management, particularly business reviews, channel strategies, specific channel promotions, development, and category management.
招聘要求
- 1、Bachelor Degree or above. 2、At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2-year on managerial level positions in FMCG or OTC industry，sales or trade marketing experience preferred. 3、Mature, optimistic, accountable, independent, willing to work under pressure 4、 Team player with good project management acumen, problem solving ability and logistic thinking analytical skills 5、Excellent presentation and communication skill 6、Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans 7、Good command of computer skills 8、Good English level preferred
