职位描述
Major Accountabilities 主要职责 Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责: \\\" In charge of RCMS establishment, full implementation and maintain, and continuing improvement the system. \\\" Responsible for the ZIC activities and establish ZIC culture overall the company. \\\" Implement short and long term plans to continually improve EHS performance \\\" Coaching and development of line management in EHS management skills \\\" Timely submittal and follow up to operating permits, routine reports, regular requests as assigned by manager. \\\" Maintain effective contacts and relationships with neighbors and local relevant governments. \\\" Responsible for the incident investigation & RCA, and follow-up the corrective action implementation. \\\" Responsible for the all employees safety training and improve the employees\\\' safety awareness.
招聘要求
Education教育: Bachelor degree or above with relative majors, safety engineering is preferred. Experience经验: With EHS familiar working experience in large scale companies for more than three years, at least one year experience in chemical company. Skills 技能: Good command of English in listing, speaking and writing; good command of computer; Good ability of working independently and problem solving; familiar with the ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system; familiar with local rules and other requirements; good communication skill; and hardworking and honest; high sense of team building Competency 胜任能力: 本职位人员除了必须诚实/正直，以及身体条件能满足完成本职位工作的要求外，还需具备以下的胜任能力： 1． Conflict management 2． Planning 3． Priority setting 4． Managing through systems 5． Time management
